1. Overview
At H., customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal nature of fragrances and wearable items, our return policy is designed to ensure product hygiene, quality control, and fairness for all customers.

2. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item received is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The product is unused and in its original packaging
Return requests must be made within 1–3 days of receiving the order.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Fragrances with broken seals
- Used Muslim caps
- Items damaged due to misuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A leaking perfume bottle
- The wrong item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Description of the issue
Once verified, we will offer:
- A replacement
OR - A refund (if replacement is unavailable)
5. Refund Process
If your return is approved:
- The item must be sent back in original packaging
- Refund will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
- Refund will be issued via original payment method (or bank transfer if applicable)
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
6. Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong items delivered
We do not offer exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Preference change in fragrance
- Incorrect size selection (for caps)

7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The product was damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
